US candidate creates AI chatbot for debate after incumbent refuses to attend
In the race for Virginia’s 8th congressional district, independent candidate Bentley Hensel created an AI chatbot, “DonBot", to stand in for Democratic incumbent Don Beyer in a debate after Beyer declined further participation.
