US wants to limit Chinese students' access to tech, cites 'security concerns'
US Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell said US universities were limiting Chinese students’ access to sensitive technology given security concerns. He said the US needed to recruit more students from India, a key security partner, and not China.
