Video: Bridge in Bihar built at cost Rs 12 crore collapses before inauguration
An under-construction bridge, which was constructed for a whopping amount of Rs 12 crore, collapsed on Tuesday in Bihar's Araria district. As per the police, there were no casualties in the incident.
