The Supreme Court on Tuesday overruled the results of the Chandigarh mayoral elections, declaring Aam Aadmi Party Councillor Kuldeep Kumar as the new Mayor. However, despite the court order, the INDIA bloc may face a litmus test in the Municipal Council.
