Will Elon Musk in the White House Mirror His Twitter Takeover?

President-elect Donald Trump announces that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will lead a new Department of Government Efficiency. They are tasked to “dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies.” Among those who are tapped for the new Trump administration, Fox News host and Army National Guard officer, Pete Hegseth, is nominated as defense secretary. Musk ran six companies including Tesla, SpaceX, and X, formerly known as Twitter. In May, he added a seventh operation—America PAC, a political action committee that somehow managed to spend more than $170 million between then and the election. How will the billionaire fare in Washington after some turbulent time in his wide array of businesses? Bloomberg's Craig Trudell discusses on "The Pulse with Francine Lacqua" on Bloomberg Television.
