Court refuses to stay demolition order of Shiva temple built on Yamuna river bed
While dismissing petition seeking stay on the temple's demolition orders, the court said that Lord Shiva does not need protection and that he would be happier if the Yamuna river bed and flood plains are cleared of all encroachments and unauthorised construction.
