Uttar Pradesh man forced to sell 3-year-old son to pay hospital fee, 5 arrested
A man sought delivery care for his wife at a private hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar district. Upon not able to pay the delivery charges, he was forced to sell his three-year-old son to secure his wife and newborn's release.
